Full description of the position

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct sales including selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating our products. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Wattmonk's products.
• Create a network of resellers to increase reach.
• Market and on-board solar installers.
• Increase business by generating sales to solar installers.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to plan, execute and track sales strategies for both new and existing markets
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify customer requirements and preferences to offer a tailored solution to each customer.
• Gather and submit market intelligence to management.
• Maintain accurate and timely records including sales call schedules and expense reports.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B sales to solar installers is a huge plus.
• Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers and to be sensitive to their needs
• Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to drive decisions
• Willingness to travel extensively to build relationships with solar installers in designated territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $310,000.10 per year
