ABOUT THE POSITION:

Great News! You First Services is hiring an Account Manager. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and self-driven individual to join our sales team. The preferred candidate will identify qualified leads and bring sales opportunities to successful closure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Continue to build the sales pipeline by continuously adding new sales opportunities including government agencies.
• Create and update sales campaigns to maximize business generation leading to more closed sales.
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rate.
• Understand product and educate potential customers.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of three to five years of B2B sales or business development related experience required.
• Experience selling to Federal and State government agencies.
• Degree in related field, scientific and/or technical background a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with sales CRMs, NetSuite or other.
• Proficient computer skills.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time onsite Monday through Friday

• $55,000 plus commission
