About the Role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an integral part of the Domestic Operations team. In this role, you will hold accountability for specific Regions/Markets to manage customer orders from our Retail partners while supporting overall business needs. You will manage the entire cycle from order acquisition to shipment while liaising with all teams and respective markets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage PO flow and ecosystem in high level accounts across all brands
    • Receive EDI based transmissions
    • Manually create consignment orders
    • Vet orders to ensure accuracy of data
    • Adjust orders as needed
      • Date Extensions
      • Item/quantity adjustments
      • Ship-to
      • Resolve miscellaneous errors
    • Work with AE’s + Sales Ops to increase fill rates
    • Drop orders in NetSuite
    • Liaison between Sales Team / Transportation / DC to communicate special shipping instructions, important account call outs, date changes, tracking / ETA of shipment, cancellations
  • Support sales operations for non-EDI customers, gratis, special promotions, and other internal requests
  • Partner closely with AE’s to fulfill company sales strategy and support company KPI’s
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with cross functional partners to drive business needs
  • Organize complex data in reports for cross-functional digest
  • Work closely with internal and external system architects to build NetSuite functionality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Order Management & ERP systems, Excel, Power point, process development and implementation “SOP”
    • NetSuite experience ideal
  • Experience with building reports
  • Knowledge of supply chain and operations
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with the ability to lead & influence cross-functionally

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $51,000 – $82,000.

The range listed is just one component of Orveon’s total compensation package for employees.
