Duties:

- We're largely looking to fill the role of Counter Sales/Business Development Manager.

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals.
- Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to assess profitability and make informed business decisions.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

- Time-tested HVAC field knowledge or HVAC wholesale experience.

- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and generate new opportunities.
- Experience in managing profit loss and financial performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and flourish in autonomy.
