We are seeking a driven sales leader who is ready to work for the best wireless accessories and repair company around! This person will be in charge of building a solid sales team while cultivating a fun and positive atmosphere for the team and customers.

This leadership position is located at International Market Place in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Some Responsibilities and Duties

· Supervise a team of high quality retail sales associates

· Interview, hire and train qualified sales staff

· Train and uphold all sales and company policies within your store

· Strive to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals

· Responsible for all inventory management within your store

· Maintain a positive culture within your store

Qualifications and Skills

· 1 year or more of sales and/or retail management

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Can work 40 hours each week

· Available every Monday, Friday and Saturday

· Honest, punctual and dependable

· Rapport & selling ability- Able to lead by example

· Organized with positive time management skills

· Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening)

· Ability to problem solve

· Recruiting skills- Is able to find hire and train talented sales staff
