Qualifications:
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Be a self-starter and motivated to help people every day
- Must attend and pass sales training classes/test
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- Willing to listen, learn and be coachable
- Flexible work schedule that includes some nights and weekend appointments
- Strong work ethic, highly-persuasive and honest
- Sales experience with high ticket items ($10k+) is desired but not required
- *All sales presentations will be done virtually, over the computer and telephone*
Responsibilities:
- Become a specialist in renewable energy options for homeowners
- Market Shine Solar’s products and services and onboard new customers
- Educate potential and existing customers on Shine Solar's clean energy solutions and ways to save money
- Own the sales process start-to-finish with an account manager from the first call to the tightening of the last bolt
- Work exclusively with in-house company leads and guide warm prospects through the process of going solar
- Solar Sales Specialists are supported by our in-house operations team, customer service and automated training
- Earn homeowners business by helping them make the transition from dirty coal to clean energy
