Overview
Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Account Manager to join the Commercial Sales and Marketing team at our Downtown Indianapolis Location.
The Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with assigned brokers and existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and to retain commercial fully insured small and large groups. Drives profitability of assigned accounts by releasing competitive pricing in partnership with underwriting, offering value added services to improve the account performance, and identifying areas of improvement and solutions to retain and grow business within assigned accounts. Owns and oversees service delivery by collaborating with internal business partners to maintain positive client relationships. Assists with providing metrics on account status and forecasts.

Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years sales and/or sales support experience within the health insurance industry.
- Requires Indiana Life, Accident and Health License.
