Northline is looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and motivated Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with clients and create custom proposals that will serve our customers with a Raving Fan experience. The Outsides Sales Representative's responsibilities include traveling to assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their needs, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts and inform them of new product and service releases.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships w/ accounts
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customer's skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory

Skills:

• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Computer use competency
• Google Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven

Must Haves:

• Picking up and climbing ladders ranging from 15-32 ft
• Enjoy working outdoors in various NC climate
• Valid Drivers License
