JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to work a flexible 40-50 hours per week while building your business.

Be able to call & prospect, call & follow-up on leads, & able to service residential clients

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Sustain a positive attitude at all times!

Have the ability to multi-task in a professional manner.

Integrate into a culture of positive leaders and servant hearts.

Possess problem solving skills while putting your clients first.

Have the ability to communicate with team players & clients in a positive manner

Qualifications and Skills

-Possess your own laptop/ipad & smart phone.

-Dependable transportation a must.

-Tech savvy & excellent computer skills (high level use & understanding of cloud based technology, app use & be able to work on the go!)

-Social media knowledge a basic standard

-Real estate license (preferred but not required)

-Established sphere of influence (a plus)
