Customer Care Representative (CCR)/Inside Sales in Wixom, MI
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) will provide superior customer support. We are seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented individuals with a desire to help us resolve customer issues and be brand ambassadors. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem –solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sale problems. CCRs will communicate with customers primarily via phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review account details and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.

- Build rapport to ensure a positive customer experience, and provide exceptional communication with the customer to ensure understanding and resolution
- Comprehend the customers concerns and respond accordingly
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Reliability to work as scheduled
- Successfully complete required program testing
- Articulate written and verbal communications skills
- Empathetic and sympathetic
- Math and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills to help overcome customers objections.
- Need to be able to work independently
- Clearly understands the practices and procedures of the department and job responsibilities
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
- Must maintain composure and positivity in challenging situations
- Must be well spoken and confident in knowledge
- Build a pipeline with reoccurring purchases
- Match customer needs to products and attributes. Selling on a free trial basis.
- Achieve monthly goals while maintaining appropriate KPIs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
