The Customer Care Representative (CCR) will provide superior customer support. We are seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented individuals with a desire to help us resolve customer issues and be brand ambassadors. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem –solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sale problems. CCRs will communicate with customers primarily via phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review account details and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.

· Create product demand through cross-selling and referral selling of complimenting product.

• Support monthly sales promotion programs to generate sales.

• Build rapport to ensure a positive customer experience, and provide exceptional communication with the customer to ensure understanding and resolution
• Comprehend the customers concerns and respond accordingly

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Reliability to work as scheduled
• Successfully complete required program testing
• Articulate written and verbal communications skills
• Empathetic and sympathetic
• Math and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation skills
• Problem-solving skills to help overcome customers objections.
• Need to be able to work independently
• Clearly understands the practices and procedures of the department and job responsibilities
• Competent working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook

• Must be well spoken and confident in knowledge
• Build a pipeline with reoccurring purchases
• Match customer needs to products and attributes. Selling on a free trial basis.
• Achieve monthly goals while maintaining appropriate KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
