Full Job Description

Sales Associate provides excellent care to all Dillards guests by promoting company’s products and services through excellent guest services.

Responsible for achieving personal sales goals while helping the team reach its objectives.

Helps with developing and growing the business within thes shoe department by being efficient and knowledgeable in sales and fashion trends while having the ability to merchandise and control inventory.

Complies with company’s attendance policy.

Associates have an openness to learn and execute excellent communication skills and a desire to be the best.

Processing returns according to the store’s policy.

Addressing and resolving customers’ concerns.

Restocking and putting away merchandise.

Executes creative and exciting events, promotions, and other community outreach programs within the region to build business and establish clientele relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
