As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for establishing and growing relationships with qualified carriers who can move customer’s freight. You will actively communicate with new and established carriers, negotiate rates, and actively manage loads to ensure the shipment is delivered on time and intact.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Make effective phone calls resulting in expanded and qualified carrier base
• Builds and maintain a network of qualified carriers to cover customer needs
• Identify carriers to timely move freight where needed
• Calculate buy and sell rates
• Manage assigned daily operational and administrative details and tasks
• Provide quick, accurate and professional resolutions for pickup, transit and delivery-related problems
• Meet (or exceed) productivity goals consistently

Sales Representative Requirements:

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced & team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
