Full description of the position

We’re looking for a retail sales assistant manager to work in our cbd health & wellness boutique in Avon, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in health & wellness, and willingness to work various store hours on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21+ years old
• Previous Management skills helpful
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You’re the face of our store, greet every customer, and be positive and approachable
• We sell products by educating our customers, you must have the ability to learn about the products in our arena, and communicate appropriately with our customers
• You will be expected to open and close our store in a thorough and responsible manner
• You will be handing cash, and processing orders using Square Point of Sale (POS)
• Maintain store appearance, our store is small and manageable, product should be stocked at all times, and the store kept tidy
• Monitor website orders for in store pickup, and orders that require shipping
• An openness to appear in or assist with social media

Opportunities

We are actively scouting locations for our second store. This position would move to store manager once second location is found although there is no timeline for this to happen right now.

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

• Avon, IN 46123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
