Overview:

Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia.

Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Our clinics receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and our patients receive the best objectively measurable outcomes. Our strategy, based on excellent quality and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have grown across Michigan and into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We continue to open additional clinics in order to make physical, occupational and speech therapy even more accessible to our patients, their friends and their families.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibility is to generate Workers’ Comp physical therapy referrals for Team Rehab’s Metro Atlanta clinics.

This position includes the following tasks:
  • Early on, review Team Rehab’s current database of Workers’ Comp referral sources in Metro Atlanta and augment our list with your own set of contacts who send large volumes of WC physical therapy referrals. These would include: physicians; insurance adjusters; nurse case managers; employers; third party administrators; and WC networks.
  • Organize a wide range of networking events with Workers’ Comp referral sources for the purpose of (1) gaining more face time with the decision makers, (2) promoting Team Rehab’s services and (3) introducing them to our therapists.
  • Attend and sponsor Workers’ Comp industry conferences such as Georgia Workers’ Compensation Association (GWCA), State Board of Workers' Compensation (SBWC), Kids Chance, etc. for the purpose of networking and promoting Team Rehab.
  • Promote the advantages of using Team Rehab’s services based upon our: documented outcomes; communication with referral sources and physicians; patient satisfaction; speed in getting patients into treatment; PT ownership of their clinics; and other r services such as transportation when medically necessary.
  • Ensure quick and accurate communication with the referral sources, as needed, regarding a patient’s progress.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience selling services into the Workers’ Compensation industry.
  • Preference will be given to those who have sold physical therapy services.
  • Should possess an excellent set of referrals sources within the Workers’ Comp industry such as physicians, employers, insurance adjusters and insurance adjusters.
  • Should have the ability to work in a highly cooperative manner with our Georgia Clinic Directors as well as other members of the Georgia marketing team.
