MetroLagoons now has opportunities for in-house Guest Service - Sales Specialist! MetroLagoons in Tampa, FL is excited to announce that we are searching for talented individuals to join our amazing Lagoon Concierge Center team. We are a new full contact center looking for the perfect mix of sales and service, heavily seasoned within the world of hospitality and tourism.

Responsibilities:

• Dependable, enthusiastic, upbeat, and hard-working are words that best describe you.
• Exceptional creative thinking, judgement, and decision-making skills coupled with impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. This must include grammar fluency and professional email/chat etiquette working in tandem with a strong desire to support our Guests across multiple platforms – phone, email, and live chat.
• Strong sales and service skills, with a track record of overcoming objections and closing the sale while maintaining superior levels of service. Potential candidates must be able to make decisions through a refined combination of integrity, experience, and resources.
• Flexibility and understanding that this list is not inclusive and other duties may be added as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year contact center experience in a tourism and/or sales and service position.
• Must have open availability, Sunday – Saturday from 7 am – 9 pm ET
