We are a fast growing Insurance agency with Superior Business and Life Insurance Products. We are seeking for a Full Time CSR. The duties include communicating / servicing Personal and Commercial Lines clients. Must have 3 years or more of experience with a New Jersey P&C Insurance License.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Professional Insurance Reviews
• P & C and Life Sales

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
