Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn and master our phone sales scripts.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand customer's needs.
• Record the customer's information accurately.
• Meet lead and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Persistent and results oriented.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
