About the apprenticeship:
An “earn and learn” program providing:
Salary, training, and real-world experience
Coaching to build skills at the entry-level position and advance your career
A full-time, yearlong program with the potential to join Accenture's Digital Inside Sales team
Focused on candidates with a high-school diploma/ equivalent or an Associates degree (without a Bachelors degree)
Reskillers seeking to enter an industry unrelated to their current or previous work experience
As a Sales Development Representative Apprentice you will be able to:
Discuss technology solutions that make a difference to business, society, and the environment
Join a diverse and inclusive team based in our Atlanta office
Learn about every stage of the sales cycle
Actively work with team to identify sales opportunities to clients and reach goals
Talk with potential customers to understand their technology use and to highlight how different solutions can positively impact their business
Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to both management and clients
Utilize phone call and email outreach to connect with potential new customers
Be inquisitive- gather information on customer’s goals, challenges, and expectations
Meet individual and group goals established in the program
Document notes from calls, outcomes, and ensure potential sales opportunities meet criteria
Bring your best thinking to support our team goals and build your professional skills.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
