As Corporate Sales Manager, you'll:

• Define key strategies in the corporate business travel segment in order to shift share from competitors.
• Manage corporate RFP process.
• Meet budgeted hotel revenues and occupancy.
• Know and believe in hotel product and know competitors in order to sell effectively.
• Develop sales plans and identify new accounts. Attend corporate tradeshows.
• Exceed client expectations.
• Understand and articulate data from hotelligence report and produce business based on the information.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum two years of progressive experience in a full-service hotel.
• Proven track record in soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to create a team atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Client-oriented with ability to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Impeccable written communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
