Our Sales team is growing! HardHat Workforce Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about sales and the construction industry.

You will be traveling to construction projects, working with the biggest companies in the US and selling our staffing services to construction contractors. Must be a self-starter.

Sales or construction experiences are not required but preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Present, negotiate and make sales to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Maintain up to date records within the CRM

Requirements:

• At least 2 years Sales experience preferred
• At least 3 years construction experience or staffing
• Strong verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
