Job Title: Employee Retention Credit Sales Representative

Location: Southfield, Michigan

Salary: $15/hour + Commission

We are a growing call center in Southfield, Michigan and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Employee Retention Credit Sales Representatives. Our company provides solutions to businesses to help them navigate the complex world of tax credits, and we are expanding our team to include sales representatives who can help us meet our growing demand.

As an Employee Retention Credit Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, building relationships with them, and ultimately closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of tax credits and related regulations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $213,325.53 per year
