Full description of the position

The Sales Associate position at Rachel’s Hope Resale is a full time position. This person will be responsible to assist Store manager with any and all duties required during a shift, including opening and closing the store. They must be able to maintain a clean work environment, provide cheerful customer service, process donations and be able to easily work the POS system. Some Saturdays will be required. Also must have familiarity with merchandise promotion and sales techniques. At Rachel’s Hope Resale, we are looking for team members with a positive attitude and heart to serve others. Rachel’s Hope Resale is the resale branch of a life-affirming non-profit. Minimum one year retail experience is required. Also must have familiarity with merchandise promotion and sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Burleson, TX 76028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
• Merchandising: 1 year (Required)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
