Position Title: Sales/Marketing Associate
Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
Location: 1300 Eller Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Some College or a Degree in Marketing
Experience: at least 2-years or more experience in sales or administrative
Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written
Skills/Software: Microsoft office(advanced)

Traits: Great work ethic, team player, self-starter, detailed oriented, and great organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports the sales team.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month end goal setting to the senior management team.
  • Assist with existing and future sales quotes.
  • Assist with administering contracts.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering email and when senior sales team is not available.
  • Updates appointment calendar and set up meetings.
  • Follow-up on leads and make sales calls.
  • Responsible for Seacor Island Lines website and social media updates
  • Responsible for quotes and purchasing marketing material.
  • Works with Sales team in creating company/brand awareness through advertising and social media.
  • Issues notifications to trade
  • Creates Marketing power point presentations for Sales Team
  • Run advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze website and growth.
  • Arranges proposals and presentations using marketing resource material such as brochures data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Overseas company donations and charity work that supports the brand.
  • In charge of updating our CMS information. All information that comes from the web master or client direct.
