Responsibilities:
- Attack the market by conducting 12-15 hours per week of proactive prospecting to potential multifamily owners across Iowa.
- Track and report essential metrics that reflect your tenacity and dedication, including the number of dials made, voicemails left, emails sent, text messages sent, and conversations held.
- Showcase your expertise by identifying clients who are interested in buying or selling multifamily assets.
- Provide immense value to potential clients by offering complimentary property analysis, rental analysis, expense analysis, value analysis, and timely market reports.
- Thrive in a culture of open and honest communication, where clear and effective interactions with clients and the team are paramount.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our Operations Director, ensuring consistent reporting, updates, and shared insights.
