Director/Manager of Sales

We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our Insides Sales team, providing unequalled service to the customers in current and emerging markets.

Primary Duties

Responsible for development and implementation of goals and objectives of the department consistent with the corporate goals and objectives, which include:

• Achievement of PMX annual sales goals
• Build strong relationships with our internal sales team and assist, guide and mentor when needed
• Effectively negotiate at a high level, building strong relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers
• Develop goals and strategies for the overall business, from a big picture perspective
• Manage the day-to-day business including (but not limited to) pipeline development, forecasting, sales cycle management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing
• Develop and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with related regulations and maintain relevant files and records
• Adhere to the Quality system
• Develop departmental budget; monitor and control costs
• Ensure that all daily, monthly and annual reports and forecasts are completed in a timely manner
• Provide and maintain a safe work environment
• Demonstrate consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Document staff performance; prepare and present annual performance reviews; Make hiring and termination decisions
• Coordinate with other organizations and departments as needed to create a team environment
• Complete special projects as assigned

Education/Experience

• Bachelors' degree or 5 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and effective listening skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Salary/Position Title

• Salary and position title will be commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:
