Now Hiring - Telecommunications Sales Trainer in Tampa, FL

**Location:** Florida (occasional travel required) and remote

Are you a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer with a passion for driving sales and empowering teams? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-field and virtual training sessions to our sales teams located across different locations in Florida. The majority of the position will be remote, with occasional travel between locations. OPs Marketing is focused on the sales of various fiber optic internet providers, the affordable connectivity program, and ACP phone and tablet campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive training programs, including in-field training and Zoom training classes, focused on product knowledge and sales skills.

- Ensure all team members at each location are up to date on the latest product knowledge and equipped with effective sales techniques and objection handling strategies.

- Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training materials.

- Implement active measures to boost sales performance and revenue generation in each location.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.

- Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in a multi-location setting.

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their full sales potential.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally between locations within Florida.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.

- Proficiency in using Zoom or other virtual training platforms.
