Our Team is in need of a Sales Consultant who’s a self-starter and can build/manage their own business and complement our All-Star Sales Team. Our Dealership has grown 300% in the last 5 years, and we are just getting started.

Training Salary to start, Base Salary with Performance Bonus, plus benefits ongoing. Compensation for averaging 14 deliveries per month is in excess of $100,000, documented and guaranteed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Satisfy the unique transportation needs of new/pre-owned purchasers of luxury vehicles.
Consistently execute the Tom Wood Group sales process for every transaction, exceeding guest expectations.
Successful completion of all manufacturer and Tom Wood Group training for product and process
Maintain a professional business appearance and work ethic
Consistently review and analyze all sales and supporting actions/activities to determine how to better utilize
personal resources, allowing for continuous improvement in serving the Tom Wood guest
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of Sales experience, Automotive Sales background NOT necessary. Advanced knowledge of the luxury industry and highline automobiles a plus.
Positive attitude, a can do-will do outlook, and a professional appearance are required.
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
