The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to help us expand into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to build a division that does not exist! You will be responsible for identifying potential partners for each of our four individual toy brands and building relationships with buyers that will help move our companies to the next level.

Your Role

  • Developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Setting and executing the strategy for achieving new business growth
  • Coordinating with internal resources to close new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities for the company
  • Facilitating and closing sales opportunities
  • Implementing a representative control program
  • Providing strategic advice to the marketing and merchandising teams
  • Ensuring the company operates with a customer focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,486.00 - $74,769.00 per year
