Statement of Work:

  • Plan and participate in outbound activities aimed at expanding sales from list(s) of additional Prospect Accounts developed with Sales and Marketing Management Team.
  • Meet sales expectations from assigned accounts.
  • Communicate adjustments to account lists with Sales Manager.
  • Promote existing and new/emerging products and production processes.
  • Provide support services necessary to help identify, size and specify customer application requirements.
  • Responsible for follow-up, qualification and closing any customer/prospect-driven inbound leads.
  • Provide feedback on quotations and adjusting offering where necessary and possible to secure orders.
  • Develop accounts by learning customer buying history, suggesting related and new items and being able to explain product and/or capabilities value.
  • Stay current with customer needs, competition and industry trends in order to provide contribution to program development.
  • Use and maintain the Leads pursuit process and tracking system to monitor progress.
  • Work with internal departments to offer the best mix of product and pricing that meets customer expectations and maximizes profitable revenue growth.
  • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly with current and prospective customers for development goals.
  • Deliver required sales presentations electronically or in person of closing current and developing new opportunities.
  • Meet with Sales Management at regular intervals and as needed to review progress and effectiveness of projects.
  • Communicate information gathered on market trends, competition, new product needs and competitiveness.
  • Maintain and submit various reports including call reports, call plans, sales forecasts, and others as assigned by Sales management.
  • Perform related tasks as deemed necessary by the Sales and Marketing Management Team to further grow sales

opportunities.

Education
Required

  • Associates or better in Business Administration or related field

Preferred

  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
