Cellofoam North America is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This business-to-business sales sources new sales opportunities by converting pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Developing meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Following up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Maintaining a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
- Communicating and explaining formal quotes to customers to ensure they have a full understanding of the formal quote agreement and what it entails.

- A professional Inside Sales Representative with significant experience growing customer bases and enhancing your company’s position in the marketplace.
- A confident communicator with significant experience listening to, understanding and ensuring the needs of our customers are addressed in acordance with company policy.
- A people person that enjoys building and maintaing meaningful, trusting business relationships.
- A detail oriented team member with an eye toward recording and relaying the needs of the customer to other concerned team members.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Minimum of five years of Inside Sales or B2B Customer Service.
