About us

Duraline was established in 1946 as a supplier of safety engineered electrical distribution and temporary lighting systems to the U.S. Navy and commercial shipbuilding industry. Since then, we've grown to supply industries as diverse as mining, petrochemicals and food processing to medical, entertainment, transportation, utility and telecommunications.

Duraline products are made with pride right here in the USA. All molding, soldering, crimping and assembly operations are done on site at our Florida facilities. In addition, we have the latest CNC lathe and milling machines to produce custom work on site.

*Duraline is looking for a dynamic sales manager to lead the Sales team.*
*Responsibilities will include but not be limited to*: • Overall performance of the sales and customer service teams. • Developing, coordinating and communicating strategies, objectives, policies and programs for all sales activities in the organization. • Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by leading and developing the team through motivation, coaching, counseling, ongoing training, presentations, skills and product knowledge development. • Managing sales system procedures / processes to achieve or exceed operational standards, goals and expectations. • Guiding communication with the sales team to establish common strategies and goals and establish best practices. • Assists in selling and promoting the sales of Duraline services / products to customers, including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service. • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,147.00 - $56,485.00 per year
