Sales Development Representative (SDR) - The Young Team / Real Estate
Ranked as the #1 real estate team in NE Ohio and #15 in the US by RealTrends, The Young Team, is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and gregarious Sales Development Representative who possesses a positive attitude and passion to succeed. The SDR position consists of a salary + commission.

This position does work non-traditional hours and consists of some nights + weekend availability.
This is a hybrid position that is in the office Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday.

$50,000 - $100,000 + Health Benefits + 401k
Compensation:$50,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:- This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building
- Answer incoming calls and web leads on a daily basis with a sense of urgency
- Works well with technology and provides extreme value when following up with prospects
- Be responsive and assertive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
- Partner with field sales to execute appointments
- Upward mobility and leadership potential
- Team player
- Report activity and results on a daily basis
- Is comfortable calling Expired / Withdrawn leads along with Circle Prospecting
- This position does work non-traditional hours and will work more than a 40 hour work week
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth oriented-person open to new ideas and coaching
