Midwest Energy Services is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who possesses Passion, Drive and Enthusiasm!
Position Overview:
The Commercial Sales Representative will be required to develop, promote and sell to existing and new clients daily to generate energy savings and awareness through direct sales presentations while working closely with the Energy Brokers to meet sales goals.
Employees will be compensated with a base salary plus commission. Commission is based off of your ability to sell. If you are a self driven individual then this position is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage local market business transient sales
- Track, measure and manage sales production toward goal
- Promptly send proposals, contracts and other sales correspondence to all clients
- Maintain an up -to-date accurate client file, database and tracking system
- Responsible for full market knowledge as it relates to competitors and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and attend regular sales meetings
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of corporate markets, recruiting, sales
- Basic selling and negotiation skills
- High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record as successful or as a highly motivated self-starter
- Decisive, responsible and driven to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent selling, relationship building and organizational skills
- Ability to meet both short-term and long-term business goals
- Effective decision-making skills and can choose a course of action best suited to the customer
- Proven problem-solving skills and encourage new innovative solutions when appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
