In this position...
- Represent Sales Operations as the primary liaison between Central Office departments and Market Area teams
- Represent Sales Operations in planning meetings with Central Office staff activities and report out to Management as appropriate
What you'll do...
- Manage content and site permissions and support the maintenance and enhancement of the F&I SharePoint site based on Sales organization needs
- Coordination of the annual U.S. Sales Operations MAPS Budget review
- Assist Market Area personnel to ensure compliance in current processes and procedures
- Support administrative and operational processes in Sales Operations
- Work directly with GAP Coverage and WearCare Products Manager to develop Fee-Income product strategy.
- Drive strategy around GAP and WearCare product across market areas
- Collaborate between Sales Operations partners to drive penetration across Market Area teams
- Promote Ford Lincoln Protect product awareness to the sales field
- Communicate national level product and F&I incentive program information and provide reporting updates.
- Support F&I Implementation Specialists in F&I related inquiries and opportunities.
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree
- A positive, “can do” attitude, with strong verbal and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, handle multiple assignments and deliver with minimal direction
- Broad knowledge of and experience in Ford Credit's business operations
- Strong background in Sales Operations with a solid understanding of dealership operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – oral and written
- Effective project management, time management and follow-up skills required
