WeDryUSA services customers experiencing water/mold/fire damage to their homes with Tarping and Rebuilding Services as well.

The Job:

As Intake/Sales Specialist you will serve at first point of contact for new incoming customers. Our excellent marketing efforts brings our customers to us with very high conversion percentage. Utilizing a highly professional, empathetic, and friendly demeanor you will sell the customer upon using our firm for their needs without the need to look further/elsewhere. Our customers need no selling on our services, they are already calling in for them, what they need is the confidence that they are dealing with the very best in the industry and that they will be taken care of from the first call through job finish.

Requirements:

• 3 Years of Professional Intake Sales Experience preferably helping customers in distressed situations.
• Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
• Answer and screen calls/emails from prospective clients.
• Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages.
• Create accurate and detailed intake summaries.
• Highly customer oriented, outgoing, friendly personality and demeanor.
• People Person.
• Empathetic.
• Strong Communications Skills.
• Responsible.
• MS Office/Google Suite experience.
• Experience Qualifying Customers for Services Offered.
• Experience working with business software.

Pay is $17hr plus $10 per customer conversion. You will be making from $19 to $25+ depending upon how motivated you are and your ability to have customers choose us for their Restoration needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
