Job Duties:

Arrive on time and ready to conduct daily business

Greet, sell product, and assist walk in customers

Answer incoming calls and e-mails

Basic knowledge of passenger and commercial tire, mechanical, and service sales including writing service orders and estimates

Ensure customers are updated on progress of the vehicle as needed

Assist with National Account work orders, ERS billing, Commercial Sales Team and daily location billing

Assist with maintaining location paperwork

Communicate with Corporate to ensure location runs as smoothly as possible

Maintain confidentiality of company pricing lists and structures

Be courteous to customers at all times

Follow all Best One Tire of Lima procedures and safety policies

Assist location manager and personnel as needed

Perform additional duties on an as needed basis

Job Requirements:

Positive attitude

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attendance record

Ability to work with little or no direct supervision

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Excellent customer service attitude and skill

Possess a strong commitment to safety

Maintain a clean professional appearance

Must be able to pass a background check

Work schedule is 7:30 am –5 pm
