Full description of the position

As a Sales Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with our leadership and sales team to optimize our processes, systems, and operations to maximize efficiency and profitability. But more importantly, you will be expected to embody our company principles and contribute to Andon’s success. This means you’ll need to:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and own sales processes and systems, including CRM, sales automation, and other sales related tools.
  • Work with Leadership Team to develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging sales technologies and trends and make recommendations on how they can be incorporated into sales processes and systems

Preferred Technical Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Results-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, operations, or related field, preferred
  • Epicor Profit 21, EDA, and Automation Studio experience, a plus
  • Salesforce experience, a plus

Location: This is an on-site opportunity. This individual will work out of our corporate office which is located off of Reed Road and 288 in Houston, TX.
