Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
- Manage the company's website using WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Utilize email marketing to engage with customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Plan and execute print advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop marketing plans for new product launches.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Monitor advertising performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management and optimization.
- Expertise in email marketing best practices and tools.
- Experience planning and executing print advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Strong research skills to gather market data and identify opportunities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
