Responsibilities include:

• Handle the company social media platforms including planning content, creating content, interacting with followers, and executing B2B social media strategy to win business (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Manage the company marketing inbox and respond appropriately to client inquiries
• Handle the printing, ordering, and preparation of all marketing materials
• Assist with the creation of the company newsletter
• Assist with the coordination of conventions and events
• Manage all inventory reports and marketing reports
• Fill requests from underwriters for business cards and promotional items
• Assist the office manager in projects; retreats, holidays, birthdays, office treats, vendor relations
• Assist with mailroom responsibilities (posting and shipping)
• Assist with incoming calls (as needed)

Job Requirements:

• Two-year or four-year degree (Marketing preferred)
• One year of prior social media experience supporting a company preferred
• Proficient in Canva, All Adobe Programs, Sprout Social, Mailchimp and [please apply online] Creative mindset, think outside the box
• Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a commitment to company values
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Intermediate experience in Internet research, typing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Outlook
