We are currently seeking a Social Media & Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This role assists the Marketing, Business Development, and Office Services team, as well as the company as a whole. Everyday functions include planning and executing a social media strategy, filling marketing requests, managing inventory, marketing reporting, and assisting with preparation for company events. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable handling administrative, creative, and hands-on tasks. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Handle the company social media platforms including planning content, creating content, interacting with followers, and executing B2B social media strategy to win business (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Manage the company marketing inbox and respond appropriately to client inquiries
- Handle the printing, ordering, and preparation of all marketing materials
- Assist with the creation of the company newsletter
- Assist with the coordination of conventions and events
- Manage all inventory reports and marketing reports
- Fill requests from underwriters for business cards and promotional items
- Assist the office manager in projects; retreats, holidays, birthdays, office treats, vendor relations
- Assist with mailroom responsibilities (posting and shipping)
- Assist with incoming calls (as needed)
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Two-year or four-year degree (Marketing preferred)
- One year of prior social media experience supporting a company preferred
- Proficient in Canva, All Adobe Programs, Sprout Social, Mailchimp and [please apply online] Creative mindset, think outside the box
- Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a commitment to company values
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience in Internet research, typing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Outlook
