We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at IMA Medical Group. You will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by developing and executing sales strategies. This position will serve Polk, Lake, and Hillsborough. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading sales teams, exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborating with leadership to define and execute the company's sales vision and strategy.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Overseeing the sales forecasting and budgeting process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
