Job Summary

The Scott Sandlin Insurance Agency is one of the top producing Allstate agencies in the country. We are looking to train the right individual to join our winning sales team. Insurance industry or agency experience is preferred.

We offer uncapped earning potential with a generous salary plus commission. The agency has a large monthly marketing budget that will put a driven sales agent in position to make a lot of money. We also offer a health insurance group plans to staff.

Average sales producers in our current agencies make $50,000 a year. If you are good you will make $70,000. If you are a top producer you will make $90,000 +.

Allstate Insurance Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Properly manage all marketing leads provided.
• Strong sales skills with proven track record
• Answering phone
• Be outstanding at building relationships
• Use current books to develop cross sell opportunities

Allstate Insurance Sales Rep Requirements:

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Proficient to multi-task, follow thru and follow-up.
• Work well with other employees and is a team player
• Strong communication skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
