Green Bean Battery, who is now a part of LKQ Corporation is a growing reconditioned hybrid battery company. We are looking for a DYNAMIC and positive personality to join our growing sales force. We Offer:

-Commission based position but competitive uncapped rates, Starting salary for new sales reps will range from $45,000-$60,000 annually to start. Some of our top sales reps are earning up to $75,000-$80,000 annually. You are also eligible for weekly team bonuses. Typical weekly commissions after training are $800 and up.

Main job responsibilities:

-Schedule: Primarily 2nd shift time frame 2pm-11pm and Mid Shift 11am-8pm but with some 1st shifts mixed in. Weekends would be required but you have the ability to work remotely.

-Answer inbound calls (No cold calling required!)

-Utilize sales script to educate customers and close the sale

-Schedule customer appointments during the sales process

-Collect deposits at the time of appointment scheduling

-Follow up with and reschedule customers as needed.

Qualifications:

-Excellent customer service skills and positive upbeat attitude

-Proven experience with over the phone customer interaction

-Experience with Inside Sales is preferred but not required

-Ability to influence and persuade

-Strong communication skills (verbal / written)

-Confident and driven to be the best

-Flexibility, leadership, independence

-Motivation and drive to plan account and territory strategies to exceed sales objectives

-Ability to make sound business decisions

-Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred but not required

-Previous experience in the automotive industry Preferred but not required

-Strong Basic PC skills

-Must be able to pass both a background check and drug screen
