CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST in Solon, OH

PURPOSE:
This role will be a key aspect of maintaining Gardiner’s voice of the client, consistently seeking client feedback, and serving as a client experience liaison, identifying, and following up on opportunities for improvement while also highlighting and emphasizing when excellent service is provided. The overall objective of the role is to increase client retention, raise client satisfaction levels and promote partnership growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following, other duties may be assigned.
- Facilitate client onboarding and then serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships, and understanding their unique business objectives.
- Meet with clients regularly to review performance reports, insights, and share best practices to drive client success.
- Navigate multiple client stakeholders to help manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding client needs are addressed.
- Assist clients with utilization of software and services.
- Promote the value of the services and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand business within existing accounts.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating as needed to ensure a positive resolution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven work experience in a client facing role such as account management, client success, project coordinator, or similar.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong aptitude for new technology and continuous improvement focused.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
