The role:

We are currently seeking a client-facing consultant to join our team. The consultant is responsible for serving as the primary contact to clients for the delivery and coordination of all aspects of the client relationship. The consultant will bring experience working in the employee benefits field to assist the client with their company’s retirement plan.

You will:

  • Serve clients through regular client communication and client meetings
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes to increase effectiveness of service delivery and business development activities
  • Develop collateral, presentations, materials, mailings, and emails to support client service and business development
  • Write, proofread, and edit proposals and materials as needed
  • Manage the content systems (e.g. CRM and other business development oriented software) used to serve clients and for business development
  • Contribute to reporting on metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, human resources, employee benefits or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role advising companies on human resource or employee benefit matters. Relevant experience may include advisory work related to retirement plans, health insurance, employee benefits, employee compensation, labor relations, management, and other areas of human resources.
  • The ability to speak and write with clarity, specificity and knowledge in areas of responsibility
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. MS Dynamics or Salesforce) is preferred
