MSD, Inc. is looking for a HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join our team!

The HVAC Outside Sales Representative conducts a wide variety of client activities, specializing in contracts with commercial and industrial clients. The HVAC Outside Sales Representative has primary responsibility to secure client relationships that fit the MSD core client criteria with a service agreement. The HVAC Outside Sales Representative supports the total quality effort by identifying and responding to the needs of internal and external customers 100% of the time.

Key Job Duties:

• Actively maintain customer information and consistently contact/manage leads and prospect lists.
• Generate new territory leads
• Operational understanding of HVAC components and systems
• Ability to consistently operate computer equipment
• Ability to obtain Secret, or higher, security clearance

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED or 15 Semester hours college level education
• Unencumbered US Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
