What We Provide for our Guest Experience - Sales Manager (Your Well-Being)
- Competitive Pay: The earning potential for this position is $72,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annually) and includes salary, plus commissions based upon guest experience and earned sales.

As a Guest Experience-Sales Manager you would:
- Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
- Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the Sales process and the Lexus brand.
- Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
- Observe the Sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
- Develop the Sales team with one-on-one meetings, daily feedback, and professional growth and empowerment.
- Ensure team sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
- Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
- Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
- Generates additional income through the sales of credit insurance, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans.
- Protects gross profit by arranging financing so outside sources do not have an impact on selling margins.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
- Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, leasing, and all business office producers.
- Other duties as required by leadership
Key Qualifications
- Proven record of leading a sales team and/or creating great experiences for their guests and employees (two years of experience preferred)
- Skillset to develop and motivate the team to believe that more is possible
- A positive approach and team-first mindset where you are a collaborative and supportive teammate
- Forward-thinking, progressive, and dynamic - always focused on continuous improvement and individual and team growth and development
- Being curious and agile, having a desire to embrace new experiences, and ability to quickly adapt to ever-evolving technology
- Strong communication and listening skills, ability to deliver messages to our teammates and guests with empathy and a welcoming approach
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
