Full description of the position

VP of Business & Strategic Development
Majestic Care is searching for a dynamic candidate for the VP of Business & Strategic Development role. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and driving our organization's future growth and success.

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing new business strategies and opportunities that drive revenue growth and increase market share. This role requires high-level strategic thinking, market analysis, and relationship-building skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

The responsibility of the role:
    • Develops strategies and position the organization's products or services as potential solutions.
    • Develops and implements strategies with insurance plans driving to meet organizational needs.
    • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events to stimulate help referrals and gather competitive intelligence.
    • Responds to and prepare written proposals.
    • Tracks business development activities and reports on results to management.
    • Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
    • Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that significantly impact the organization.

What we are looking for in our candidates;
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong understanding of market trends, business needs, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license for travel
