The Opportunity

XA Talent is currently seeking an Account Manager for a dynamic Financial SaaS product development Client. The selected candidate for the Account Manager position will foster strong client relationships, support the Sales Team to drive revenue growth, support the Product Development Team to collect business requirements from Clients, and become an expert in cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with strategic insights and tailored services, ensuring client success and satisfaction.

What You Will Be Accountable For

As an Account Manager, you'll be accountable for nurturing client relationships and acting as a bridge between our product development and sales teams. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to meet client needs and expectations.

  • Serve clients as a point of contact for product questions, escalation, and overall coordination of service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for services; perform regular customer satisfaction assessments and manage customer satisfaction concerns and issues.
  • Work with customers to evaluate, define, and prioritize demand requests for company resources and services.
  • Support the development of business cases, requirements, and other supporting artifacts required to obtain and enable additional product enhancements on behalf of customers.
  • Interface with the Product Development Team to coordinate work, prioritize client requests, and manage client escalations.
  • Provide status reports, presentations, and communications regarding the products and services to clients and the internal management team.
  • Identify opportunities for new services, service improvements, and technical innovation to meet customer business needs.
  • Monitor performance, develop plans, and report on status, actions, and accomplishments.

What You Need to Have Knowledge Of

  • The ability to keep up with the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitors in the market which will allow you to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Tools and techniques to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple mini-projects, resources, and deadlines effectively. Project Management skills will be acquired on the job.

  • The ability to establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients while building trust and rapport to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to articulate your thoughts clearly, listen actively, and convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Critically thinking capability to analyze complex situations, and devise solutions that address client needs and challenges.
  • Adaptability when faced with possible rapid changes in the industry.
  • A collaborative style of working closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and marketing.
  • Being customer focused prioritizing the needs of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and being proactive in identifying and resolving their issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,146.63 per year
