Requirements for Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required
• 1 year of independent insurance industry experience strongly preferred
• 1 year of property and casualty insurance experience required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Licensed Insurance Agent:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Develop new sales leads by reaching out to past customers
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Process customer changes to insurance policies as needed
